Armor (studded leather), rare (requires attunement by a Armor of the Umbral Embrace)

Description: The Armor of the Umbral Embrace appears to be a twisting nexus of dark intent and elegance. The black plates, forged from voidweave, reflect no light, their surface seemingly absorbing illumination. Shimmering with purple veins of arcane energy, the inlays pulse rhythmically like the slowed heartbeat of a lurking predator. Each segment is held together by strands of midnight silk, whispered to be spun by the ethereal spiders of the Shadowfell. When viewed under the moon's gaze, the armor becomes a mutable silhouette, abstract shapes of shadows dancing across its surface before vanishing into the abyss of its form. It exudes a perpetual cold, the mere touch leaving those unworthy with a lingering numbness.

Lore: Crafted from the forbidden textiles of an enigma-shrouded swamp cave, the Armor of the Umbral Embrace was the last known creation of Arachnomancer Dria, a Drow Elf who danced on the precipice of darkness and madness. Harnessing the Shadows of Despair, Dria imbued her creation with profound secrets of obscuration and defense, a testament to her unmatched mastery of shadowy weaves. Legends say the armor bears the fragmented will of the renowned enchantress, beckoning the daring to embrace the power of shadow itself.

Usage: Once per day, the wearer can activate the Shadow Cloak, becoming invisible for up to 10 minutes or until they attack. Additionally, the armor provides a +2 bonus to AC when in dim light or darkness. The shadows woven into the fabric grant a mystical aura that bestows resistance against bludgeoning damage for 1 hour after the invisibility ends.

Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.

Notes: Bonus: Armor Class, Resistance: Bludgeoning, Armor of the Umbral Embrace
