Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster)

This amulet bears no symbol and appears to be blank at first glace, but if you make an investigation check or try to identify it, you can see maddening, impossible shapes, instead of a blank surface and you have to make a DC13 Wisdom saving throw or take 2d4 psychic damage.

While you wear the amulet, you gain a +2 bonus to spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs of your spells.

While you wear this amulet, you have advantage on Wisdom saving throws.

Curse. This amulet is cursed, a fact that is revealed only when the Identify spell is cast on the amulet or you attune to it. Attuning to the amulet curses you until you are targeted by a Remove Curse spell or similar magic; removing the amulet fails to end the curse. While cursed, you have disadvantage on perception checks you make to find people or creatures, try to estimate their numbers or see through magical illusions, due to hallucinations you experience regularly.

Notes: Bonus: Spell Attacks, Bonus: Spell Save DC, Advantage: Wisdom Saving Throws, spellcaster
