This sword radiates black energy, you feel a sense of dread and hopelessness when you are within 5 feet of it, unless you are attuned to it.

This weapon has a bonus to hit equal to your level plus the number of medium sized creatures you have killed with it (Number of killed creatures).

On a hit it deals 2d10 + (Number of killed creatures) Necrotic Damage

When you kill a creature with this sword you trap it's soul in the sword, this prevents the soul being returned to the body by any resurrection methods.

The soul remains in the sword until the current owner is killed or until the current owner releases the stored souls.

 

An unconscious creature at 0 hit points that is hit with this weapon has their soul ripped from their body. They do not make death saving throws.

 

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
