Seeker of Improvement:
Your constant dedication towards improving yourself and others gives you an insight into how to help yourself and others improve. You can engage a willing creature and rearrange their stat points however you choose. For example taking one point from strength and passing it to intelligence. You can arrange a creature once, but yourself any number of times taking 10 minutes total to complete. Any creature that you help to change in this way gets +1 to each of their modifiers permanently.
In combat you can use a bonus action to move any number of Hit Points, Spell Slots and Status Effects between any two willing creatures you have affected with this ability. When using this ability you can choose to move any or all three of the choices in 1 movement but may not include a third creature during any one use.
Notes: Weild the Atlamillia for at least a month and align with its Values
