Archmage Alaina's Stave of Arcane Amplification

They say Alaina was a prodigy of her time, one who understood the Weave in a way few ever could. Her staff is the epitome of her study and craft, a deep crimson orb placed upon a gnarled rod of deep black and gold veined stone. Three other red marbles of crystal orbit the head of the staff, and when attuned to, the marbles orbit around the head of the wielder.

To attune to the staff, one must either have it given to them by the previous owner, kill them, or prove to the staff itself you are a more worthy wielder.

The staff has one charge per day, and when a spell is channeled through it, the spell can then; effect more than one creature (up to 3 extra) in a radius of 30ft centered around the caster, extend spell time by x1.5 round, or extend range by x1.5.
