Amulet of Frosted Steps

This amulet is made of mithril and has a drop of essence of a blink dog long frozen in time at its core. The ritual to craft this amulet is a well-guarded secret by a tribe of mountain dwarfs hailing from the icy mountains of Andosa.

This amulet allows the wearer to cast teleportation spells. When the wearer teleports, they are briefly engulfed in a cloud of frost and leave behind frozen steps. In addition, the wearer is resistant to cold damage and keeps comfortably warm even in blizzards.
