Ascetic's Decanter of Everfast

This small, decorative, crystalline Decanter contains one ounce of a sparkling fluid that glows like starlight. This fluid is a Potion that refills at Dawn and when consumed, fulfills the body's needs for Food and Water in order to survive for 24 Hours. This potion makes the drinker conditionally immune to Hunger and Thirst as long as the character is Fasting. Should the character break their Fast, the affect will be broken, returning their hunger and thirst. Unsweetened Teas, Liquors, and Potions do not break the condition. 

Note: Fasting has a negative affect on Regenerative Factors and may need to be supplemented with Potions or Spells that boost Vitality.
