When a creature ingests this poison, they feel extremely weak. They gain 1 level of exhaustion and their Strength Score is reduced by 2. If their Strength Score is reduced to 1, they die. This goes away after a Long Rest. For every day without sleeping after this, their Strength is reduced again. If their Strength Score is reduced to 1, they die.
