Astrid the Eye of Death, was one of the founding members of the original monster hunter's guild back when it was more known for being worse than the monsters they once hunted. In her time she was own for only two things; killing most of her targets in a single shot and the other being faster then any creature she can't kill in a single shot. This belt is how she achieved the second half. While attuned to this belt you gain the following.
Your walking speed increases by 20.
You gain an additional bonus action that can only be used to take the dash action.
Once per long rest you can use your bonus action to cast Haste on yourself for the spell's duration. You are still required to concentrate on this spell but you won't suffer lethargy when the spell ends.
