This poorly crafted set of glassware consists of two short glasses and a bottle. Any liquid poured into the bottle is converted into 1d4+1 charges over the same number of days.
As an action, you can expend 2 charges to fill the glasses. Drinking from a glass requires a separate action, allowing you to regain 4d4+4 Hit Points, and remove one of the following effects: charmed, frightened, poisoned, or the effects of a disease.
Alternatively, you can expend 1 charge to drink directly from the bottle. Doing so allows you to regain 3d4+3 Hit Points, and remove one of the following effects: charmed, frightened, poisoned.
Curse. Whenever a you drink a liquid affected by the bottle's magic, make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, your Intelligence score is permanently reduced by 1, to a minimum of 7.
