While the item Alrick's Cloud Rune is bonded to is equipped you gain the following benefits:
Passive: Advantage on Sleight of Hand and Deception checks
Active: When you or a creature you can see within 30' of you is hit by an Attack Roll, you can use your Reaction to choose a different Creature, other than the one that made the attack, to be the target of the Attack Roll. This transfers the attack's effects to the new target regardless of the original effect's range if the Attack Roll would hit its AC.
