Legends, near Myths, do say that the Arcanic Annihilation Device was created during the ancient Wars of the Magi, a conflict that obliterated the great ancient magical civilizations of old. Few dare to wield its enormous power, for the cost of its usage is often far, far greater than the gain reaped from the wasteland that it leaves behind. A message from the ancient magi, inscribed upon this weapon, in order to delay its usage as long as possible: Nothing is more shameful than sacrificing yourselves in order to obliterate thine enemy, and through such the action, bringing upon the destruction of everything you hold dear as well. Nothing can escape such the absoluteness of the destruction that is brought about by this weapon. Be warned. It's use is not of great enough value for thee to reap the fruit. By the end of the destruction, the fruit of this shall be rotten beyond any comprehension.
Notes: Frightened, Only a Wizard of the School of Evocation can actually use this magical superweapon, but a Sorcerer may aid in the usage. Additionally, this action consumes 3 Wisdom and 2 Arcana permanently, requires a minimum level of 8 to use, and also requires the user of this artefact to succeed in a DC 20 Arcana check
