Arrow of Healing

This magic arrow looks almost identical to a normal arrow except that the tip is crimson red. When a creature attacks with this arrow, instead of dealing damage, the target regains hit points equal to the damage that attack would have dealt (for example, if fired by a creature with a 14 Dexterity using a longbow, the target regains 1d8 + 2 hit points).
