Ancient Coin of Fates

An ancient coin, one side depicting a pristine carved silver dragon, the other depicting a battle scarred chromium dragon. 

The coin has 1 charge and flipping it will result in the following effects:

Heads (1) - The player receives a single luck point allowing them reroll any roll they make. 

Tails (2) - The player receives a single charge allowing them to cast silvery barbs once without expending a spell slot. 

Once the above effect has been used, the charge returns at the next dawn.
