Wondrous Item, artifact
This Arcana gem, whenever embedded in a tool or piece of armor, allows the user to do double the amount of Psychic damage that they do whenever attacking. Additionally, it gives the user resistance against psychic damage and advantage against the prone effect.
It also allows them to use the spell "Befuddlement" using 1 charges.
