Archmagi's Exalted Grimoire of Tempestuous Tranquility, +3

This Grimoire was custom ordered for Xelgadis Greystone, a Delver of The Never Ending Dungeon. It comes at a great cost, as do most things crafted in The Arcane Forge.

Base Item: Grimoire (Arcane Focus)
Power Level: Plus 3 (Grants a +3 to spell attack rolls and saving throw DCs. Three enchantments allowed.)
Enchantments:

1. Spell Shield: Gain resistance to damage from spells.
2. Glyph Engraving: Store a single prepared spell in the item, usable once without expending a spell slot. (Once Per Day)
3. Arcane Echo: When you cast a spell, roll a d6. On a 6, the spell does not consume a spell slot.
