Amulet of the Martyr

A beautiful broach made of braided silver in the shape of a caduceus, laced with clear jewels throughout. Hanging from a silver chain, this necklace was clearly crafted with care but appears to be only decorative. It is surprisingly heavy.

Should the wearer of this amulet be reduced to 0 Hit Points from Bludgeoning, Piercing, or Slashing damage; they are instead healed to half of their total maximum Hit Points. 

This amulet has one charge that is consumed when it saves a creature. The amulet will regain this charge when it's current wearer gains a level or when it is passed to a creature who has never worn it before.
