Potion, uncommon

Created by Odōdan its is an infamous alchemical creation, zLopō is both a miracle and a curse. Its euphoric effects and ability to numb pain have earned it a reputation as “the black alchemist’s zLop.” However, misuse or overindulgence leads to rapid addiction, lethargy, and, in some cases, death. It is highly sought after by those desperate for relief—or power—but feared for its devastating consequences.

Notes: Ingredients: 1.Nightshade Extract – Extracted from the berries of the deadly nightshade plant. 2.Wyvern Venom – A single drop of this diluted toxin is enough to give zLopō its potency. 3.Mandrake Root Paste – A boiled-down paste from mandrake root, forming the elixir’s base. Recipe: 1.Prepare the Base: Heat a cauldron over a gentle flame and add Mandrake Root Paste, stirring slowly until it liquefies and produces faint white fumes. 2.Add Nightshade Extract: Carefully introduce three drops of Nightshade Extract into the paste, letting the mixture turn a deep crimson. Stir counterclockwise until the fumes shift to violet. 3.Introduce the Venom: Add exactly one drop of Wyvern Venom while muttering a focus incantation or prayer to steady your hand. The mixture will bubble violently for a moment before settling into a dark, glassy liquid. 4.Cool and Bottle: Remove from heat, let the liquid cool to room temperature, and store it in a small, opaque vial to protect it from light. Effects (Game Mechanics): •Euphoria and Pain Relief: For 1d6 hours, the user feels no pain, gains immunity to being frightened, and has advantage on Constitution saving throws. •Lethargy: After the effects wear off, the user suffers 1 level of exhaustion. •Addiction Risk: After every dose, the user must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they become addicted, requiring daily use or suffering withdrawal effects (disadvantage on all rolls for 24 hours). •Overdose: Taking more than one dose in 8 hours forces a DC 18 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the user falls unconscious for 1d4 hours and gains 2 levels of exhaustion. On a critical fail, the user dies.
