This magical gourd holds the memories of dozens of travelers lost in Hither. Its magical golden stopper cannot be opened, unless the user is attuned to this item. If attuned, the user can use their reaction and 1 charge to open the stopper and gain the benefit of these travelers' experiences, adding 1d4 to any attack, saving throw, or ability check. This effect is in addition to any other bonus, including those of the bless or guidance spells. This item holds 3 charges, and recharges on a long rest.
