Wondrous Item, very rare

This long rectangle of cloth has two long laces on two ends, which fasten to the user. Whenever the wearer makes a Dexterity saving throw while wearing this shawl, the wearer may roll [roll]1d4[/roll] and expend a charge. If the wearer does, the shawl contorts them in a direction it deems to be more safe, adding the d4 roll to the save and causing them to take that amount of bludgeoning damage.

If the wearer is in a setting where strict manners must be upheld, the cloak tightens and reduces their speed by 5 feet, forcing them to keep their back straight, and turns them towards relevant conversations. This gives wearer a +1 bonus to Persuasion and Perception checks while their speed is reduced.

The shawl also protects the wearer by granting a +1 to their AC, but if they've worn the shawl for more than 1 hour, they need to make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw to avoid being cramped from being forcibly moved to avoid blows when they complete their next rest. On a failure, the wearer is given a level of exhaustion.

The shawl has 5 charges, and recovers [roll]1d4[/roll] charges at dawn each day.
