Weapon (longbow), artifact (requires attunement by a bowman with a strength score of 19 or higher)

A bow created to fight against far distant enemies (even those in the reaches of interstellar space as far as the moon). While attuned to this bow, the creature gains the ability to see 800 additional feet to their current sight. Also, the creature can use its single charge to unleash an arrow charged with divine energy. By letting loose the charged arrow, the user of the bow takes 1d12+4 Force damage. The arrow flies anywhere from 200 up to 800 feet away from where it was fired from, and any creatures within 150 feet of the impact point must make a Dexterity Saving throw of DC 22. On a failed save, they all take 20d12 Force damage and are knocked back by 10 feet and must make a Strength Saving Throw of DC 18 or are knocked prone. On a successful save, they take half damage only. This bow regains the charge after a long rest.

Aegis Eclipse is treated as a regular Longbow if it is not charged up.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
