A jade green cape with bronze trimming. Upon attuning to it and equipping it, the cape changes color to match the current color scheme of the wearer. The cape grants a +2 to any spell-related saving throw the user makes. The cape also grants the following features:
Arcane Parry. When you succeed on a saving throw against an enemy's spell, you may cast any Level 1 Evocation spell from the Wizard spell list at the enemy.
Thaumaturgical Precision. When landing a critical hit on a ranged/melee spell attack, you regain the spell slot that was consumed in casting the spell.
