A jinn inhabites a metal vessel that grants you abilityes. this jinn is the jinn of Spirit and pubbetry. When attuned, you gain the ability to control sound-based magic and flight at a speed of 60 feet. The horn grants the following powers:

Base form: in it's base forn you gain the ability to use shatter, clairvoynce, and silence at willall at 5th level and flying speed of 60

2nd form: in it's secong form your metsl vessel become a horn, if you blow into that horn any creature take a DC19 WIS save or be charmed for 2 minutes and take 4d6 thundar damge each turn as an action, to break the chamed reroll the DC check

third-Stage Transformation.To use the extreme magic the user as to take the 3rd transformation: The user takes the form of a bird, with dark feathers covering their body.Hair grows longer with feather-like ends, and a golden collar appears around the neck.A third eye appears on the forehead.

Structures within the area take double damage and are destroyed on a failed Dexterity saving throw (DC 21). This also deafens all creatures in the area for 1 hour.

Puppeteer’s Control: While attuned, you can cast Dominate Person at will (no spell slots required), but only on 3 creatures that can hear you. After each use, you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 18) or suffer disadvantage on your next attack roll. this has an infinte range and does no need constation required
