Base Form

The ring grants the following abilities in its base form:

• Might of the Chosen: You can cast Bless or Heroism at will without expending a spell slot.

• Effect: For 1 minute, the following occurs:
  • Absolute Empowerment: Allies within 60 feet act as though they are under the effects of Haste and Holy Aura.
  • Celestial Surge: Allies’ spells and attacks ignore resistances and immunities.
  • Radiant Burst: Enemies within 60 feet must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 21) or take 8d10 radiant damage and be blinded for 1 minute.
