Base Form

Appearance: A golden amulet with an intricate hourglass-shaped gemstone in its center. The sand within the hourglass shifts in mesmerizing patterns, symbolizing the flow of time.

Abilities:

• Temporal Awareness: Advantage on initiative rolls and Wisdom (Perception) checks due to heightened awareness of time.
• Chrono-Blink: Once per short rest, teleport up to 30 feet to a location you can see. This movement doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks.
• Time Slip: As a bonus action, gain advantage on your next attack or saving throw by briefly accelerating your reaction time.

Second Form

Transformation: The amulet glows as Stoles’ power begins to manifest. The wearer’s body shimmers with a golden aura, and faint temporal glyphs appear on their skin.

Abilities:

• Time Dilation (Recharge 5-6): As an action, create a 30-foot radius of warped time for 1 minute. Within this area:
  • Allies gain an additional action on their turns.
  • Enemies must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 18) at the start of their turn or be slowed (as per the slow spell).
• Chrono-Stasis: Once per short rest, freeze a creature in time for up to 1 minute. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC 18) or be paralyzed and immune to all damage until the effect ends.

Third-Stage Transformation

Appearance: Activating this stage envelops the wearer in an otherworldly temporal glow. Their body transforms into an ageless, ethereal form, surrounded by shifting, golden sands of time. Their eyes shine like twin hourglasses, and flowing glyph-like markings cover their skin. A clockwork-like aura radiates around their form, warping the perception of time in their vicinity.

Abilities:

• Flight: Gain a flying speed of 60 feet.
• Temporal Resilience: Resistance to all damage types, as your body becomes partially unstuck from time.
• Temporal Aura: Enemies within 30 feet have disadvantage on attack rolls, saving throws, and ability checks as they experience fragmented time distortions.

Additional Powers:

• Chrono-Dominion:
  As an action, you can manipulate time on a grand scale, affecting all creatures within a 60-foot radius. Choose one:

  1. Hasten: Allies gain two turns for 1 minute.
  2. Slow: Enemies must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 20) or be unable to take reactions, move at half speed, and make only one attack per turn for 1 minute.

• Chrono-Reversal: Once per long rest, as an action, rewind time for up to 1 minute in a 60-foot radius. All creatures, objects, and environmental effects are reverted to their state from 1 minute prior. This cannot restore creatures that were reduced to 0 hit points but can undo harmful conditions, spell effects, or physical damage.

Extreme Magic: Stoles’ Temporal Cataclysm

Effect: Once per day, invoke Temporal Cataclysm, tearing apart the fabric of time in a 120-foot radius centered on you. The effect lasts for 1 minute and creates the following:

• All creatures must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 21) or take 15d10 force damage as they are aged or frozen by temporal instability. On a successful save, they take half damage.
• The area becomes a chaotic time vortex:
  • Allies can act twice per turn and gain resistance to all damage.
  • Enemies are slowed, unable to take reactions, and must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 21) at the start of their turn or lose their action.

Flavor: During the cataclysm, the world itself warps visibly. Ancient ruins rise and crumble, plants bloom and wither in seconds, and the skies above ripple with the shifting sands of time.
