Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Meditate with it on for a short rest.)
While unconscious, at the start of your turn you can chose to use this item instead of making a death saving throw. When you chose to use this item, you instantly regain hit points equal to your level. This item can be used once a day and recharges at dawn.
Additionally, should the wearer die while attuned to this item, The amulet will cast revivify on the wearer. Once the amulet does this, it busts into flames and is destroyed. (The flames do not hurt the wearer)
Notes: Meditate with it on for a short rest.
