This Amulet was custom ordered for Triage, a Delver of The Never Ending Dungeon. It comes at a great cost, as do most things crafted in The Arcane Forge.

Base Item: Spell Focus, +3
Power Level: Plus 3 (Grants a +3 to Spell Attack Rolls and Spell Save DC, three enchantments allowed.)
Enchantments: 

1. Glyph Engraving: Store a single prepared spell in the item, usable once without expending a spell slot. (Once Per Day)
2. Arcane Echo: When you cast a spell, roll a d6. On a 6, the spell does not consume a spell slot.
