this dagger takes a charge of any spell cast on it or dispelled by the dagger and then releases it as a blast or slice (based on how the dagger is used upon attacking). Upon dealing damage the dagger deals the normal damage of a dagger plus the spell put on it (if no spell is on it then it’s just a dagger). If the dagger doesn’t hit then it’s just the spell that does damage. Along the daggers blade there is an inscription in minatour that reads “in the eyes of the dragon...the night stars slice the night sky. As the sky splits in two ...a storm brews.”
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
