The Soul Tether consists of two components: the Anchor and the Shard.- The Anchor is embedded into an object or surface and must be anointed with a drop of your blood to attune it to your essence. The user takes 1d6 piercing damage from this
- The Shard is kept by the wielder and acts as the conduit for teleportation.
-

Safe Teleportation.
As a bonus action, you can teleport to the Anchor's location without taking damage, provided the Anchor is within 300 feet. -
Persistent Bond.

Dimensional Reach.
The Soul Tether’s power is limited by planar boundaries. If the Anchor and the Shard are on different planes of existence, the teleportation fails. This artifact is highly sought after for its versatility in exploration and escape, but its use demands caution and strategy. Each jump through the tether exacts a toll, reminding its wielder that even the strongest connections can carry risks.
