These Arm Wraps were custom ordered for Ora, a Delver of The Never Ending Dungeon. It comes at a great cost, as do most things crafted in The Arcane Forge.
Base Item: Arm Wraps
Power Level: Plus 3 (Grants a +3 to Attack & Damage Rolls. Three enchantments allowed.)
Enchantments:
- Frost: Weapon deals an additional 1d6 cold damage on a hit.
- Radiant Strike: Weapon deals an additional 1d6 radiant damage on a hit.
- Necrotic Touch: Weapon deals an additional 1d6 necrotic damage on a hit.

Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
