Arrow Of Wetness

This arrow does NO damage.  Instead, it delivers 500 Gallons of water (roughly 67 cubic feet or roughly a 4'x4'x4' cube of water).  Light weight objects can get knocked down or washed away if near the impact point.  Medium to small campfires would be extinguished if targeted.  If a large enough container is used the water could be captured and consumed.

The user, if firing the arrow at someone/something, must roll To Hit.  DM determines the DC.

This arrow does not required being shot to activate

Arrows are a 1 time use
