Arrow of Grease

This arrow does NO damage.  To activate, the arrow must be fired.  The DM determines the DC depending on the shot difficulty.  When the arrow makes contact with something it explodes in a burst of Grease roughly covering a 10' square.  The Grease lasts for 5 minutes.

Slick grease covers the ground in a 10-foot square centered on a point within range and turns it into difficult terrain for the duration.  When the grease appears, each creature standing in its area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or fall prone. A creature that enters the area or ends its turn there must also succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or fall prone.  (DEX DC 16)

The arrow is a 1 time use
