When casting a spell You can use your bonus action to expand 1 or more charges. By doing so You encrease the spell power depending on how many charges You used.
For example You cast a 3rd level fireball and use both charges the effect will be one of a 5th level fireball.
Future levels it will gain more charges up to 5
