Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a Cleric, Paladin, or Monk)

This amulet appears porcelain, but is made of bone. Upon it, inscribed, is a skeletal arm holding up scales in balance - the crest of Kelemvor, the Great Guide. Creatures wearing the amulet feel an unnatural stillness about them. While attuned, the creature wearing this item have advantage on saving throws against possession.

Charges. This amulet holds 3 charges, which recharge fully at dawn each day.

Begone, Spirits (range 30 ft.). Expend 1 Charge as a Bonus Action to end the effects of a creature's possession on a creature other than yourself, as if dispelled by a spell like Dispel Evil and Good.

Self-Guiding (range Self). Expend 2 Charges as an Action to end all current possession, frighten, or charm effects on you. You can use this effect even while restrained or under mind altering effects.

The Will of Black and White (range 60 ft.). Expend 3 Charges as an Action to call upon favored magic from Kelemvor. All undead creatures within range of this effect must make a DC 18 WIS saving throw. On a success, nothing happens. On a failure, all CR 1/2 or lower creatures are immediately destroyed and all others must immediately use their reactions to move their movespeed away from you and are frightened of you for the duration (1 Minute). This feature should be treated in the same manner as a Turn Undead channel divinity.
