Armor of rage

This armor was made for Barbarians and by Barbarians, it was made to make sure that the Barbarians that wore it could be angry for longer so they made it so thight that it almost hurt.

Padded armor consists of quilted layers of cloth and batting.

Notes: You can regain up to half of your Proficiency Bonus rage slots back up to 2 times per long rest rounded down. you can still use Unarmored Defense while wearing this armor. if you don't attack or don't get attacked during rage you still have rage for an extra turn. This armor can also be shrunk down into something small like a watch or a ring but you won't be able to use the effects., Stealth Disadvantage
