Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a anybody)

Typically held together by a thread, a Necklet of Ancient Beasts boasts the remains of many now extinct or extremely rare monsters, such as their bones, teeth, or scales. Each of these remains hold a piece of the deceased creature's soul within them, allowing for it to be called on. By using an action, you can summon a spectral form of one of the following listed creatures and are imbued with its power. You can use this ability an amount of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

When summoned, you can see through the creature's eyes as if they were your own. The summoned creatures cannot go more then a mile away from you. This creature will always follow your command, but if no orders are given, it will act in a manner typical of how it lived when alive. The creature disappears if you use an action to dispel it, you are incapacitated, you summon another creature, or you take a long rest.

Tri-horn If you attack an enemy after moving at least 20 feet, you can force them to make a Strength Saving Throw (DC 15) or be knocked prone and take 2d8 piercing damage, half and not prone on a success
Thick Shell You gain a +2 to AC and are resistant to non-magical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage
Sharp Fang If an ally is within 5 feet of an enemy, you gain advantage on attacks against them
Dragon Bug You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed
Portal Bird You can teleport to an unoccupied space within 10 feet without expending an action nor movement
Tall Neck You count as one size larger then you are
Tough Hide You gain a +1 to AC and resistance to fire, cold damage
Sea Needle You gain the ability to breath underwater and a swim speed equal to your walk speed
