Add Spell Effect - Barkskin

This item is to replicate the effects of the barkskin spell. Simply equip it when the spell is cast and unequip it when it ends. Spell details:

Until the Spell ends, the target’s skin assumes a bark-like appearance, and the target has an Armor Class of 17 if its AC is lower than that.
