Amulet of Physting's Holes

The Amulet of Physting's Holes was invented by the very hands-on wizard Eronicus Physting, who was simply tired of hauling around a heavy sack. Dissatisfied with traditional bags of holding, Physting was determined to find a more... intimate way to handle his inventory. After several long nights experimenting with magical elasticity and deep-pocket theory, he perfected this enchanted amulet, which allows the wearer to stash their gear in places where the sun most definitely doesn’t shine. To this day, his research is considered penetratingly insightful in the field of dimensional magic.

Properties:
While attuned to the Amulet of Physting's Holes, the wearer can use an action to link a willing creature's orifice (mouth, nostril, ear, etc.) to a personal extradimensional storage space similar to a bag of holding. Items can be stored or retrieved by reaching into the linked orifice, which stretches to accommodate objects of up to 1 foot in diameter but does not cause harm. While the space is active, a black ring appears tattooed on the upper part of the wearer's dominant arm. Unwilling creatures must make a wisdom saving throw against the wearer's spell save DC. Only the wearer can access the space unless they hold the hole open for someone else to reach in. Stored items remain in the extradimensional space if the amulet becomes unattuned but can only be retrieved by reattuning the amulet. Attempting to place another extradimensional space inside a linked orifice (e.g., portable hole) results in the immediate expulsion of all contents in a chaotic burst (10-foot radius, 5d6 force damage). The space holds enough air for 10 minutes of breathing, divided by the number of breathing creatures inside.

Storage Capacity:
The storage space can hold up to 500 pounds of material, not exceeding a volume of 64 cubic feet. All orifices access the same storage space.

Double Fisting Mode:
The wearer can expend a spell slot of 3rd level or higher to create a secondary extradimensional pocket, mentally choosing which pocket they will reach into when more than one is active. However, the spell slot remains expended as long as the secondary space remains in use. The slot cannot be recovered through a long rest until the secondary storage is fully emptied and dismissed—so think twice before stretching yourself too thin.
