Weapon (longsword), very rare

This is a sword long-tempered by a myriad of victories through the Sword Logic. Carrying it is a badge of your strength, and a tool of your will.

You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

As long as you carry this sword, you can speak Infernal and Abyssal, can see through Magical Darkness, and have resistance to all non-magical damage.

This weapon scores a critical hit on any roll of 15-20.

Damage dealt by this weapon cannot be healed through divine magic. Whenever you kill a creature with this weapon, you may immediately spend a Hit Die and heal the total rolled.

Legend Lore:

Kai... Kai... what a name, a name for discord, a name for far cold planes where no living thing should dare to go. I like this name.

Let me give you a gift, Kai. Let me tell you about the power in the logic of the sword:

A crossbow, or a bow, or a cannon, is a powerful weapon, but it kills acyclically. You see? It sends out harm and it takes nothing back. The bolt passes away into nothing. A sword, though, a sword is like a bridge, a crossing-point. The sword binds wielder to victim. It binds life to death. And when the binding is done—the sword remembers. When the cannon's fire has burnt away into ash and dust scatter, the sword goes on, hungrier and sharper.

Understand that this nightmare logic underpins His nightmare world, and you will see why the ascendant blade has so much power there. Whenever in our passage we find ourselves in need of power—remember that the greatest authority here is a blade made keen by eons of use.

This is the world the Baatezu craves: a universe creased by the edge of the sharpest sword.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.

Notes: Versatile, Sap
