This golden staff topped with a cerulean blue gem has 6 charges. It regains 1d4 + 2 charges after a Long Rest. You also have a +1 bonus to spell attacks and save DC.

Manaflow. When you critically strike with a spell attack roll you may expend a charge. If you use a charge you regain the spell slot used.

Awe. After using a Manaflow charge, your spell attack's critical hit range increases by 1 (max of 18-20 range). This feature resets if you roll a 1 on a spell attack.
