APP

The APP is a star map he’s been crafting for many years. It is a rare wondrous item that functions as a spell focus. It must be attuned by a Druid and grants the bearer advantage on wisdom (survival) checks to navigate at night. While in starry form the wielder has a +2 to spell attack rolls. Once per day each, the wielder can cast the following spells: Absorb Elements (Radiant only) Moonbeam Daylight Divination, requires d10+3 days to recharge Reincarnate, Once this spell is cast is cannot be cast again. The APP loses all magical spells and its +2 to hit bonus for 3d10 days.
