Amulet of the Stormcaller

This weathered amulet bears a sapphire gem swirling with stormy clouds inside. Intricate runes encircle the gem, faintly sparking with electricity. When worn, the amulet hums with a low thunderous note, and the air around it seems charged with energy. A tool of command over the tempest, it brings the fury of storms to its bearer’s aid.

• Allows the wearer to summon a localized storm (10-foot radius, 60-foot range) once per long rest. The storm deals 1d8 lightning damage per turn to enemies and grants allies in the area advantage on saves against being frightened or restrained.
