Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a A wielder who is willing to meditate)

This sacred amulet, devoted to The Blind One, is a polished obsidian medallion engraved with the serene image of a blindfolded figure in meditation. Hanging on a simple leather cord, it pulses faintly with divine energy, offering incredible power to those who embrace its teachings, but at a cost.

All Enemies within a 15ft radius of the wearer must make a Strength Saving Throw (DC 15). On a Failure, enemies are pushed back 10ft, knocked prone, & 2d6 force damage. On a success the enemies only take damage.

Overuse Risk:

After each use, the wearer must make a Constitution Saving Throw immediately after deactivating the ability:
DC starts at 1 and increases by 1 with each use.

Failed Save Effects:

1st Failure: Disadvantage on sight-based Perception checks until your next long rest.

2nd Failure: Disadvantage on sight-based Perception Checks for 5 days.

3rd Failure: Permanent loss of natural vision. The wearer gains Blindsight (60 ft.) at all times but can no longer see light, color, or visual details beyond this range, even without the amulet.

Notes: Sense: Blindsight, Advantage: Perception, A wielder who is willing to meditate
