As an action, the wearer can -

• Cast Find Familiar (Flying), Feather Fall, Levitate, or Fly from the amulet.
  Make a DC 10 Intelligence (Arcana) check, if the check succeeds, you cast the spell. If the check fails, so does the spell. The spell is cast with no material component(s) required except a feather, which the spell consumes.
  
  

• Following the spell, the wearer sustains 1 level of exhaustion and cannot fly until they perform a long rest.
  
  

• Further spells can be conferred to the amulet by seeking an audience with the patron.
