Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)
Once per long rest, a wearer can transfer any number of their hit points to the other wearer, not to exceed the second wearer's hit point maximum. This transfer of hit points can apply regardless of distance or what plane they are on. Each wearer also senses when the wearer of the second amulet is in danger so they can know when their loved one is in need.
