Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Must be an Arcane Caster)
This Amulet pulses with vibrations, a blue stone captured between a heavy brass frame made in vaguely dwarfish make. This Item acts as a Spell Focus for arcane spellcasters.
Once attuned to, the bearer of this amulet can cast one concentration spell, then when able cast a second concentration spell. The fist spell will dissipate one round after this feature is used. Using this amulet consumes one charge, of which the amulet has 3 charges, and regains 1d3 charges every dawn. The amulet can not amass any more than 3 charges.
