This weapon can morph between a bow and knives. To switch, it requires a bonus action. You can switch at level 5 between these as many times as your Charisma bonus per long rest.
Knife form: serves as 2 daggers (1d4+dex modifier)
Bow form: Serves as one longbow (1d8+ dex modifier)
Pistol Form (Level 9): Serves as a pistol (1d10+dex modifier)
Level 5: +1 Weapon.
You have a level of points equal to your proficiency bonus. These reset on a short rest.
Curse of the Debilitated 1pt: As a bonus action, you curse a creature that you can see within 30 feet of you that is concentrating on a spell or about to make an attack–you choose. They get disadvantage on attacks or spell concentration until the end of your next turn.
Curse of the doomed 1pt: You can use a bonus action to mark your next target within 30 feet of you. Your next hit they lose any resistance to your attack.
Curse of the insensate 2pt: This curse when activated as a bonus action causes the limbs in the enemy to go numb. They lose half their movement speed and take 1d8 necrotic damage if they try to do more than either a bonus action or their action. This ends after the end of your next turn.
Level 9: +2
Curse of the maimed 2pt: You can use your curse to maim your opponent, doing bleeding damage equal to a d8 of necrotic damage for 1d4 rounds every time you hit them. If you miss your attack, they can use their bonus action to stop the bleeding.
Curse of the marked 1pt: You can use a bonus action to mark an opponent within 30 feet of you. Until the end of your turn you can do an extra d10 of psychic damage to your opponent.
Level 13:
You can now amplify your level 5 curses. Amplification does a d10 of damage that can’t be reduced until a long rest. On top of that, your point pool expands to your proficiency bonus+half of your dexterity bonus.
Curse of the Debilitated amplification: When amplified, if you succeed in concentration or in hitting, the opponent is given a d8 of psychic damage.
Curse of the Insensate amplification: When amplified, the effect extends for 1d4 rounds.
Level 17: +3
Curse of the maimed amplification: You make your enemy have a WIS saving throw against your DC. if they fail, add a d10 of psychic damage as the panic of being trapped builds.
Curse of the marked amplification: You may use your reaction when using the Marked curse to subtract your target’s attack role by a d6.
Also at level 17 you have the option to call upon your curse to shelter you from harm. As a reaction to taking damage that would send you to zero, you can become resistant to the damage dealt once. This resets once after a long rest.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
