Ally Whistle: Call upon random help when in need.

Properties: Only can be used in combat. When used, summon a friend or ally to your side. Ally/friend must be the last person user interacted with and must be within 50 miles of user. When summoned, ally will have any weapons still on them but will be completely naked. Ally will stand by user for one combat cycle and will vanish back to their place of origin. Once placed back, ally will be clothed and still have their weapons on them. Use only once per combat.
