Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a Augustine line)
This ancient artifact has a slight hue of blue shimmering through it, with the symbol of Death and Passage in the center. It is broken off of it's original Pendant. This pendant has something dark inside, something that is hidden or contained.
As an action, an Augustine may summon the essence of Ymmos to frighten a creature he can see, the creature must make a Wisdom saving throw 30 or become terrified of everything around it, unable to move, take actions, bonus actions, or reactions. They may attempt the saving throw at the end of each turn. This amulet may only be used once every 15 days.
The user of this amulet gains 2 levels of exhaustion that remain for 3 days, as the amulet drew from their magic source.
