Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Paladin or Cleric)
this Necklace was created by the gods to protect their most blessed soldiers.
immediately after falling to 0 HP, make a death saving throw. if you roll a 10 or higher you immediately get back up with half your max HP. if you roll lower than 10 this does not count as a failure towards your death saves.
after this Necklace revives you, it can't do so again unless you finish a long rest. alternatively, you may expend one use of your Channel Divinity to recharge the Angel Choker immediately.
